Business data
We collect information such as business name, locations, contact details, staff members, program settings, pass templates, and configuration preferences.
This policy explains how Fidevos processes data when a local business uses the platform to create wallet passes, run loyalty programs, manage prepaid cards, gift cards, staff scans, and wallet notifications.
This page is a website-ready baseline. Before final publication, it should be reviewed with legal counsel based on the company entity, providers, countries served, and the real product setup.
We collect information such as business name, locations, contact details, staff members, program settings, pass templates, and configuration preferences.
We process the data needed to issue and update passes: pass identifier, stamp or points status, prepaid balance, rewards, gift cards, scan history, and, when requested by the business, contact details such as email or phone.
We use data to create Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes, update rewards and balances, enable staff scans, recover passes, show analytics, and send wallet notifications or program-related communications.
The business decides program rules, customer fields, staff permissions, campaign content, and reward or balance conditions. Fidevos provides the platform and processes data to deliver the service.
When enabled, location-based wallet notifications may use wallet-supported location behavior to show reminders when a customer is near a business location. The business chooses the location, radius, and message.
We keep data for as long as needed to provide the service, meet administrative obligations, or resolve support requests. Businesses may request export or deletion according to the applicable terms.
We use operational controls such as staff roles, magic links, scan tracking, and access limitations to reduce misuse and keep actions traceable.
Customers and businesses can request information, correction, or deletion by writing to hello@fidevos.com. Some requests may require identity verification or involvement from the business that controls the program.
